Dark spots on the face are common because they have many different causes. The good news is that there are homemade, natural creams to combat the dark spots on your face.

Why do I have dark spots on my face?

The spots are often the result of an excess of natural pigment (melanin), for example due to a higher presence of cells. One of the main causes is sun exposure, which can cause short-term or permanent patches.

The most common types of spots on your face (or any other part of the skin) are moles, freckles, and lentigines (bean-shaped). Even though these are not harmful to your health, many people decide to have them removed for aesthetic reasons.
