Salmon fillets in a lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package Tagliatelle or other type of pasta (250 g)
  • 4 filleted salmon fillets (600 g)
  • Vegetable oil (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper (to taste)

Ingredients for the sauce

  • 1 cup white cheese spread (100 g)
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt (300 g)
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Chives (to taste)

Prepare the sauce

  • Mix the two bowls of yogurt with the cheese spread until a soft cream is formed.
  • Add the lemon zest and half of the lemon juice.
  • Add the ground black pepper and chopped chives and let it cool.

Prepare the salmon

  • First preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Cook the pasta with plenty of water and some salt. Drain well, set aside and keep warm.
  • Place the salmon in a baking dish, skin side down.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. If you don’t have an oven, bake in a covered non-stick pan.
  • Serve the salmon in a lemon sauce along with the pasta.

Ingredients

  • 4 filleted salmon fillets (600 g)
  • 6 shallots (150 g)
  • 1 lemon (30 g)
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup of cream (250 ml)
  • ½ bar of butter (50 g)
  • 1 egg (30 g)

Preparation

  • First, cut the lemon into very thin slices and sauté them in butter until they begin to dry.
  • Then add the diced shallots and fry until translucent.
  • Then add the lemon juice and let it simmer for a while. Then let it cool.
  • Then add the cream, turn the heat back on and stir gently. Let it simmer until half of the mixture is still there.
  • Then add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then place a piece of aluminum foil on the baking sheet and spread some butter on the spot where the salmon will be placed.
  • Then place the fish on the foil and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the salmon with the sauce.
  • Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.

Salmon in a lemon and dill sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ kilo salmon (500 g)
  • ½ lemon (20 g)
  • ¼ bar salted butter (25 g)
  • ½ tablespoon flour (5 g)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • ¼ glass of white wine (50 ml)
  • 30 ml milk or cream
  • ½ tablespoon dill (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • 3 boiled potatoes (60 g)
  • 6 cooked carrots (80 g)

Preparation

  • First preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Clean the carrots and potatoes, peel them and then cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with some salt until they are soft. Set them aside as a side dish.
  • Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, dill and some olive oil over the salmon. Set it aside.

How to prepare the lemon and dill sauce

  • First, peel half a lemon, remove the white part, remove the seeds and cut into wedges. Then set it aside.
  • Then melt the butter in a pan.
  • Then add the flour and stir for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  • Then add the peel.
  • Then add some wine and stir over low heat.
  • Then add the lemon wedges and keep stirring.
  • Then add some salt to taste.
  • Then add the tablespoon of dill. Keep mixing over low heat until it thickens.
